PROGRAM

DELHI > JAIPUR > AGRA > ORCHHA > KHAJURAHO > DELHI

Day 1:
Delhi 

Welcome to Delhi

Meeting at the airport and transfer to the hotel for early check-in in Delhi, considered the first overnight stay.

On this day we begin an exciting acquaintance with the city. 

  • Akshardham Temple is the most majestic Hindu temple in the world, recognized by the Guinness Book of Records for its impressive scale, luxury and beauty, 

  • Gurudwara Bangla Sahib is the largest Sikh temple in Delhi, with an impressive main building made entirely of marble and decorated with golden domes,

  • Lakshmi Narayan Temple is one of the most sacred places of pilgrimage

  • the amazingly breathtaking Lotus Temple (Temple of All Religions),

  • Agrasen well from the 14th century

  • We will also visit the Dhobi Ghat laundry nearby and enjoy the unique experience of a traditional laundry.  

There will also be a sightseeing tour: the Red Fort, the Jama Masjid Mosque, a walk through Old Delhi, the Thieves' Market, the Parliament Building, the India Gate and the Presidential Palace. 

If you wish, you can ride a rickshaw through the narrow streets of Chandni Chowk, which is a truly unique experience that allows you to immerse yourself in the life of the locals.

Day 2:
Delhi - Jaipur

Travel to Jaipur

After a delicious breakfast, we'll take an elephant ride to the historic Amber Fort. The tour begins at the shores of Maota Lake, where every tourist will feel like an honored guest as they ride up on an elephant and pass through the main gate of the fort. We then explore the City Palace, spread over vast grounds, now converted into a museum. We will take a tour of the city, including the Hawa Mahal (one of the most famous attractions of the Pink City) and the “water palace” Jal Mahal.

In the evening we visit the Lakshmi Narayan Temple. The snow-white marble temple looks especially magical in the evening light, emitting a unique energy.

For those interested, the day culminates in a textile factory where fabrics, rugs and exquisite Indian saris are woven and created. Trying on local clothes and taking vivid photographs will bring great pleasure. 

The day ends with a colorful open-air dinner accompanied by traditional dancing.

Day 3: Jaipur 

Exploring Jaipur

After breakfast, we will go on a tour of Jaipur, starting from the Amber Fort, magnificently located on a hill. You can choose to climb by elephant or by jeep to experience the grandeur of this historical place. After this, we will head to the Palace of the Winds (Hawa Mahal), where each wind is intertwined with history, and then plunge into the atmosphere of the City Palace, where  where generations of Maharajas live with a rich history.

The amazing place Gaitor, where members of the royal family are burned after death,  will reveal to you the secrets of carvings on cenotaphs. 

In the evening we will visit the Lakshmi-Narayan Temple. 

Night in Jaipur.

Day 4:
Jaipur - Agra

From Jaipur to Agra

After breakfast we will go to Agra.  On the way we will make a stop at the amazing Monkey Temple (Galta), where  macaques greet guests. Then our path will continue through the historical complex of Abaneri,  and the wonderful Chand Baori, surprising with its architectural grandeur. Our stops promise unforgettable experiences and unique cultural perspectives.

In Agra, if you wish, you can watch a show about the Taj Mahal.

Day 5:
Agra

In the footsteps of the Taj Mahal and the very first marble structure

Early in the morning we will visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise, admiring its majestic beauty. After breakfast at the hotel  Let's go to the Red Fort, enjoying its historical heritage, visit the very first marble structure - Itimad-Ud-Daula, better known as Baby Taj.

Day 6: 
Agra - Orchha - Khajuraho

Road from Orchha to Khajuraho

After enjoying breakfast, we will set off on an exciting train journey  from Agra to Jasi, and then, boarding a comfortable car, we will head to the mysterious city of Orchha. Here we will be treated to a fascinating immersion into the majestic past, starting with a visit to the impressive Orchha Fort.

Upon reaching the fort, we will discover Jahangir Mahal, a magnificent palace embodying an exquisite style of architecture. Alongside him, Raj Mahal and Rai Praveen Mahal will showcase the luxury and grandeur of the Bundela dynasty. We will take a walk along the picturesque Betwa River, enjoying the beautiful views that open from the shore.

The extraordinary temple site with 14 cenotaphs erected in honor of the deceased rulers of the dynasty will complete our tour of Orchha, leaving us with an impression of its rich history and architectural splendor.

Transfer to Khajuraho (180 km, approximately 3 hours), where we will continue our fascinating acquaintance with the riches of art and history of India.

Day 7: Khajuraho

Khajuraho - Nature Reserve and Temples 

After the morning breakfast, a truly magical continuation of the day awaits us. We will go to the reserve, where we will meet the magnificent Raneh Falls and dive into a deep canyon, the second deepest in the world. Here nature will reveal its beauty to the fullest, giving amazing views and a feeling of unity with it.

After this, we will have a fascinating acquaintance with the temples of Khajuraho, known as the “temples of Love”. Built between the 10th and 12th centuries, they are a unique work of art and architecture that deserves attention and respect. These temples, listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites, are an exceptional testimony of India's cultural heritage and have been beautifully preserved over the centuries.

The evening invites us to an Ayurvedic massage where we can relax and enjoy traditional Indian healing.

Day 7: Khajuraho - Delhi

Farewell to Khajuraho and return to Delhi

After morning breakfast, we will head to the Jasi railway station, where we will travel to Delhi. At 15:00 we will depart by train, surrounded by picturesque scenery and memories of our adventures in Khajuraho.

Arriving in Delhi at 19:30 after a 4.5 hour journey, we will be met by a transfer ready to take us to the airport or hotel.

Our gastronomic adventures begin with breakfast at hotels. Lunches and dinners are your chance to discover local flavors, available at an additional cost.

 

Comfortable Transfers

Travel will be as comfortable as luxury hotels, with transfers in comfortable air-conditioned vehicles. Depending on the size of the group, sedans, minivans, minibuses or buses are used, including Volvo buses for larger groups.
